Colorado River - Pumphouse Recreation Area

Downstream of the Pumphouse parking area, the Colorado River winds through a large meadow with riffles and undercut banks. Hiking upstream of the parking area leads into Gore Canyon. Divers bug life provides nymph, dry-fly, and streamer fishing opportunities.

Meet at 7:45AM at the Park-n-Ride at C-470 and University Boulevard, the SW quadrant, specifically. Here’s the address: 8392 S Burnley Ct., Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
