Moving Waters Mid-Week Trip, Pumphouse section of the Colorado River

Want to fish with other CCTU members but can’t make the weekend Moving Water trips? Then join us on Thursday’s this year on the dates below! The August trip is to the Pumphouse Section on the Colorado River.

Downstream of Pump House parking area, the Colorado River winds through a large meadow with riffles and undercut banks. Hiking upstream of the parking area leads into Gore Canyon. Diverse bug life provides nymph, dry fly-fishing and streamer opportunities
