Fishing on the Fly is a women's-only program that the Cutthroat Chapter has been hosting in conjunction with Highlands Ranch Cultural Affairs Association to introduce women to the sport of fly fishing. The most recent class completed in September and was written up in the Highlands Ranch Herald.
