Moving Waters Mid-Week Trip, Arkansas River

A special announcement to those who plan to attend our trip to the Arkansas River on Thursday, July 30.   Like all our rivers this summer, the Ark is low and warm.  We are making these accommodations for July’s trip:

Meet at the Ridge Gate Park and Ride for a 7:00 AM departure to the river.

Plan to fish from 8:30  to about 1:00 or when the water rises to 68 degrees F.   While Arkansas does well in low-water conditions and CPW has not put any restrictions in place, we need to stay mindful of fish health.   Bring your thermometer and keep an eye on water temperatures.
