🎣 Registration Is OPEN for the 2026 Fly Tying Fanatics Fest!
UPDATE! We just landed a big one.
Clark Pierce—better known as Cheech of Fly Fish Food—will be flying in to join us for the 2026 Fly Tying Fanatics Fest!
Cheech is one of the most recognizable names in modern fly tying, a Fulling Mill signature designer, and co-founder of Fly Fish Food. Come meet him, watch him tie, and help us give him a proper Colorado welcome on October 17 at Orvis Park Meadows.
It’s back—and registration is officially LIVE! Get ready for a full day of fly tying, fishing community, friendly competition, and plenty of inspiration at the 2026 Fly Tying Fanatics Fest.
Join Orvis Park Meadows and the Trout Unlimited Cutthroat Chapter on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM for a celebration of everything we love about fly tying.
We’re bringing together 32 talented fly tyers for an incredible day of demonstrations, conversation, creativity, and learning. Whether you’re a seasoned tyer, just getting started, or simply love being around fellow fly-fishing fanatics, there’s something for everyone.
🌶️ And yes… the Chili Cook-Off is BACK!
The coveted Chili Cook-Off title is up for grabs once again, along with a $100 Orvis Gift Card for the winner.
Will last year’s champion defend the crown? Or will a new Chili King or Queen emerge? Bring your appetite and find out!
🎟️ Don’t Miss Out—Register Today! Sorry! Registration is full! But come anyway and you can at least enjoy the fruits of someone else’s labor.
Along with the fly tying and chili competition, you can look forward to raffles, prizes, great conversation, and the chance to meet and learn from some of your favorite names in the fly-tying world.
This is one event you won’t want to hear about afterward—you’ll want to be there.
