SECTION 3 – RINCON CAMPGROUND
After a one-month hiatus due to run-off, we are ready for our third trip to fish the Arkansas!

- You looking to meet people in the chapter
- Would like help with some aspect of your fishing game
- Want to explore the Arkansas river
When:
July 16 (Saturday)
7:45am
Park-n-Ride, C470/University Blvd (SW quadrant)
8392 S Burnley Ct, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126
(Harlan will be driving a red Astro van.)
Destination:
Arkansas River
Rincon Campground
(We’ll try to park close to the toilet/changing area near campsite #4.)
Approximately 10 miles SE of Salida on Highway 50
Trip Timing:
7:45am Meet at Park-n-Ride (see above)
8:00am Leave for Arkansas
9:00am Biology break – McDonald’s Colorado Springs
10:00am Arrive at river – start fishing!
1:00pm Optional return to vehicle for group lunch
4:00pm Conclude fishing
4:30pm Start return trip
If you decide to drive yourself, meet at the destination (see above) approximately 10-10:30.
