PROGRAM 1 - State of the Chapter, Election of CCTU Board Members
CCTU President Allen Adinoff will give his State of the Chapter update, including a quick review of financials, key projects, and more. We will also have chapter elections for Board of Director members for the 2020 year.
PROGRAM 2 - CCTU Volunteer Night
CCTU has numerous volunteer opportunities for those that want to get involved. We will have tables, both before and after the meeting, with CCTU representatives ready to discuss various projects, activities, and administrative needs. We are always looking for ways members that can help on conservation projects, veterans affairs, annual fishing trips, managing speakers and presenters, website and newsletter management, fundraising, Riverwatch and Rapid Response Volunteers,
corporate sponsorship, recruitment of a more diverse membership, youth/education projects, and planning entertainment. Come find out more about the different ways you can get involved, as the chapter can always use more volunteers for the projects we support. We promise you won't go home as chapter Vice President!!
PROGRAM 3 - Tyler Swarr, CPW Aquatic Biologist Upper South Platte Basin, The State of the South Platte River and Greenback Cutthroat Trout Reintroduction Update
Tyler Swarr is an Aquatic Biologist for Colorado Parks and Wildlife. He is a Colorado native and has an M.S. from the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology at Colorado State University. Tyler will give a CPW update on the state of the South Platte River and also talk about the status and next steps on the Greenback Cutthroat Trout Reintroduction plan.
