SUMMARY

The Raffle drawing will occur at the November 19, 2024 Cutthroat Chapter Trout Unlimited November 2024 membership meeting scheduled to take place at Lone Tree Brewing Company.
On line ticket sales will end at 7:00 pm MT Monday, November 18th.
Raffle ticket purchasers NEED NOT be present at the November 19, 2024 meeting to win.
Winners not present will be contacted following the November 19, 2024 drawing using the email and phone number you supplied when purchasing your on-line ticket.
All winning tickets numbers will be posted on the CCTU website LinkToRafflePrizeWinners
Tickets may only be purchased by Colorado residents.

The purchaser will receive a receipt.
RAFFLE LICENSE NUMBER
This CTU raffle is conducted under Colorado Trout Unlimited’s Raffle License No. 2024-19331. See Colorado Trout Unlimited’s Raffle License here.
This is a Colorado based raffle and therefore tickets will only be sold to Colorado residents, and is not valid in states where out-of-state raffles are prohibited.
RAFFLE DRAWING TIME
The raffle drawing will be held during the November CCTU membership meeting on November 19, 2024. The drawing will start at approximately 7:00 pm MT on November 19, 2024 at Lone Tree Brewing Company (8200 Park Meadows Drive, Lone Tree, CO 80124). The results will be posted online by 7:00 pm MT on November 20, 2024 at https://cutthroatctu.org/2024-cctu-raffle-prize-winners
RAFFLE DRAWING ORDER
The drawing will select for Prize #025, and then select in successive countdown order until reaching Prize #001. In the case that a prize donor has won their own donated prize and does not desire it, the winning prize donor is encouraged to swap prizes with another willing winner.
CONTACTING THE WINNERS
Winners present at the Raffle will receive their prize during the raffle drawing. Winners who were not present will be contacted via phone and email. Winners must provide proof of identity (e.g. Colorado Driver’s License) to verify raffle ticket purchase and match the winning ticket stub.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY PRIZE?
A winner who has not claimed their prize within 20 days of the drawing date will be notified by U.S. Certified Mail, return receipt requested. The notice will include information regarding the prize won, a contact person’s email and the time and manner by which the winner may claim the prize. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 days of receiving this notification, Colorado Trout Unlimited (CTU) may retain and not award the prize.
RAFFLE PROCEEDS
Raffle proceeds will support the CCTU mission to CONSERVE, PROTECT, and RESTORE Colorado’s cold-water fisheries and their watersheds. Proceeds may be applied towards conservation and science projects, education projects, community engagement projects, chapter operations, and other initiatives supporting our mission, including but not limited to the CSU Steve Bailey scholarship, Greenback Reintroduction program, Earth Day Bear Creek Project, South Platte River Watch, South Platte River Clean-Up, Gill Trail Restoration, and joint CCTU/Coalition for the Upper South Platte (CUSP) rehabilitation programs. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, our Chapter’s PRIORITY WATERS ARE THE SOUTH PLATTE ALONG THR LOWER GILL TRAIL. As such, the GILL TRAIL RESTORATION PROJECT IS HIGH PRIORITY FOR THE CHAPTER.
