Newly furnished, 2 bedroom (plus fold-out couch) condo located on the pond at Ranch at Roaring Fork near Carbondale, CO, 30 mins from Aspen. Patios off 2 bedrooms and family room overlook pond home to trout, waterfowl and other wildlife, with peak of Mt. Sopris in the background. 400 acres of open space, 2 miles of Roaring Fork River, 7 to 8 miles of Sopris Creek and other creeks and ponds on property make this a fly-fishing, outdoors, recreational haven. Please note: this is a catch and release, fly-fishing only property. Spin-casting is not permitted (except on limited basis for kids).
Par 3 golf course, tennis, mountain biking and hiking on property. Close to horseback riding and bike path stretching from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. No pets or smoking please. $225 per night, plus $85 cleaning fee, plus one night damage deposit. Minimum 3 night rental. Call John at 303.520.4461.
